ONE-ON-ONE 10-MINUTE AGENT SESSIONS
(WIW members only)

Agent pitch sessions will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 5 p.m., with a lunch break from 1–2:30 p.m.

Agent sessions are available free of charge for WIW members attending the conference. Members may sign up for two one-on-one meetings. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come first-served basis, so sign up early. No on-site registrations. No walk-ins.

Be sure to examine the literary markets focused on by agents; research further (e.g., via directories and online searches) those agents with a market that might match your book.

Please note that WIW cannot be responsible for session outcomes.  

AGENTS BREAKFAST
(Members and Nonmember)

The Agents Breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. and end at 8:30 a.m

For an additional charge of $35 for WIW members or $50 for nonmembers, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy an hour-long breakfast with a table of writers and an agent available to take questions. The Agents Breakfast is scheduled on a first-come first-served basis. No on-site registrations. No walk-ins.

DEADLINE: Agent schedules fill up quickly. Please have your agent preferences to the WIW office as soon as possible but no later than Friday, May 19.  

NOTIFICATION OF SCHEDULES: Agent meetings and Agents Breakfast schedules will be released Monday, May 22. If you are scheduled with an agent who requested advance materials, you will be notified immediately.
