Michael Causey, Past President

In addition to serving as WIW’s President from 2006–2007, Causey has been a full-time freelance writer for over 5 years. Earlier this year, he launched his own newsletter, EdataIntegrity Report, which focuses on FDA-regulated drug and device manufacturers and their electronic records issues. Before becoming a freelancer, he was Editorial Director for newsletter companies in healthcare, telecom/tech, and energy. He’s also been a Senior Vice President at several public relations shops in D.C.

Causey has also enjoyed interviewing interesting authors for WIW’s website (Art Buchwald being a favorite) and will use some of this space here to make a shameless plug for other WIW members to step up and volunteer their time this way, too! He’s also the proud father of twin 11-year-old daughters. They both like to read way more than watching TV.
